With the sun setting earlier in August and September, these golden hour sessions are timed perfectly for younger families, giving you all the beauty of that dreamy evening light, without disrupting bedtime routines.

QUESTIONS?
What time will our session take place?
Early Glow sessions are scheduled for early evening, usually between 5:30–8:30pm depending on the month and the light. In August and September, golden hour starts earlier, so you can enjoy that dreamy light without pushing bedtime too late.
What should we wear?
You’ll receive a beautifully designed prep guide with styling tips, colour palettes, and outfit inspiration for the whole family. I’m also happy to offer feedback if you want to send over outfit options. I also have a client wardrobe for mum to ease the pressure.
What happens if it rains?
There will be no need to rebook your session unless there is a heavy downpour. I will however have a coupole of dates kept spare incase this happens. I always keep an eye on the forecast and will be in touch the day before if we need to reschedule.
Can we bring grandparents or extended family?
Early Glow Sessions are designed for immediate families (up to 5 people) so we can keep things relaxed and connected. If you’d like to include grandparents or others there is an additional fee of £30 per person.
Where will the session take place?
You’ll have a choice of beautiful, natural locations in and around Chelmsford — including riverside spots, meadows, and long grass fields. I’ll help you choose the perfect one based on your family and preferences.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! A £100 deposit is required to secure your session, and the remaining £200 is due one week before your shoot. If you’d prefer to spread the final balance over two payments, just let me know — I’m happy to make it work for you.
How do I book?
